Over his last 12 years in the U.S., Mr. Ambard has built a name for himself partnering and consulting with national and international developers and investors, managing teams of recognized professionals. His most notable projects include the development of a 368-unit condominium hotel in Doral, FL (currently under operation) and the proposed Miami Citi Walk. His international experience also includes the development and management of residential, self-storage and record storage projects in Venezuela and Costa Rica over the last 20 years.

On his part, Mr. Di Lodovico has led a variety of ventures including being the CEO of Arpigra, one of the most important infrastructure construction companies in Venezuela with 59 years of achievements, operating in the Caribbean and Central American regions (Panama, Costa Rica, Trinidad & Tobago). His international experience also includes the ownership and operation of hotels and restaurants in Abruzzo, Italy.
